Lifetime Servicing Offer

As part of our BFCM 2021 promotion we wanted to offer something more than discounted, slow moving stock. We wanted to offer something worth its weight in gold (frankincense & myrrh), instrument servicing for life! 

 

RULES

Lifetime Servicing is a part of A Strings Black Friday Weekend promotion and runs from Thursday 25th until Monday 29th November. The promotion qualifies to any instrument over £400 and entitles the recipient to one full service per year. 

Each instrument will have a unique servicing card and will be valid for the purchased instrument only. The lifetime service cannot be passed on with the sale of the instrument nor does it apply to another instrument in your possession. 

The instrument will be covered under its manufacturer's warranty and will cover any parts. Parts needed after this period will be chargeable and not included in the service. 

All servicing will be performed at our Treforest store. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe delivery and collection of the instrument.
