Domestic Orders

Free delivery is available on all domestic orders over £149. It is also available available on a promotional basis when qualifying items are included in your order, or with a valid offer code.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the standard flat rate is £1.99 for orders under 200g (approx 3 packs of acoustic or electric strings), otherwise £4.99 per order. Most goods are sent Royal Mail 1st Class and processed within 24 hours. Restrictions may apply.

Expedited tracked shipping is also available for £10, and will be sent out the same day if ordered before 2pm, and the following working day for all orders placed after 2pm.

International Orders

Shipping is calculated based on weight and destination. Shipping costs for our standard delivery service should be calculated at checkout, however if you have any specific requests, please contact us. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address.
