KAT Studio One 1w Valve Amplifier, Fawn

Introducing the KAT Studio-One ALL-VALVE Amplifier. This hand-built three-valve unit has been modelled closely on the Brian May 30 Watt amplifier and exhibits the nuances of his amplifier at more controllable levels. The KAT Studio-One produces just over 1W RMS of clean power, yet, in BM mode, it is still loud enough to be used for small gigs. It has, however, been developed more as a studio or bedroom amplifier and to that end includes an integral six position attenuator that allows the full BM dynamic to be attained at whisper levels. The tone control provides a wide range of control of the upper frequencies rather than a typical 'cut' only function generally found on these types of amplifier.

The cabinet is built out of Baltic ply and is fitted with two 6.5 inch twin-cone speakers to give extended low frequency response.

The amplifier can be configured to run on either 110 - 120VAC or 220 - 240VAC (50/60 Hz). (Configuration carried out prior to shipping and set for the order destination country unless otherwise requested.)

The KAT Studio-One weighs in at 6Kg and measures just 385mm (W) x 170 (D) x 290 (H).
