Lockdown 3 - A Covid Christmas

Ahhh man, here we are again. The Welsh government are taking drastic measures to keep us all safe from the virus that has plagued our lives for the majority of 2020, and as a result all non-essential retail - and that includes us folks - have been told to close our doors to the public from midnight on the 20th December until they review the situation mid-January 2021.

What does this mean for us and you?

Well, we're able to keep trading online and we're still allowed to operate a 'Click and Collect' service from the front door of the shop - all socially distanced and masked up of course.

So in reality, we're still able to serve you as per usual, you're just not allowed in! Our new kick-ass website gives you accurate stock info, as well as specs, pictures etc, but we can enhance this by offering you a bespoke virtual shopping experience.

If you're after some stocking fillers, or maybe still in the market for something more substantial for Christmas or beyond, get in touch with us and we'll book in a slot whereby we can video call you and show you around, demo some gear and generally act like you were here in store. We can do this via the following methods:

WhatsApp and FaceTime - 07944 592662

Facebook

We'll be working right up to the wire on Christmas Eve, so if you're local and you need to collect something you've reserved then please don't panic!

If you're concerned about transport of a larger item and you live locally, get in touch and we'll do our best to get it delivered to your door.

Post Christmas

We usually reopen again on the 27th December, and traditionally this has been the busiest day of the year. It's generally the day people treat themselves after working hard to please everybody else!

We'll be here from the 27th to take calls, process orders, arrange Click & Collect and local deliveries.

It's not a normal way of doing things by any means, but we'll do our best to make the experience as normal as we possibly can for you.

If you have any questions or suggestions for us please do get in touch!

Cheers Andrew
