Do we have the instrument of your dreams, but you can't justify spending that much in one hit? Don't worry, there are options!
Short Term (Pay-in-3)
Klarna and Paypal both offer a pay-in-3 payment option. You can click through to either option when you get to the checkout, at which point you will be redirected to their respective websites and asked to input your relevant information. Decisions are immediate and we will fulfil your order as soon as we can.
Long Term
We have 2 options.
Option 1. We have partnered up with Buyline Finance to offer long term finance options, up to 48 months. This option is currently not integrated into our website, so we recommend contacting us directly with details of what you want to purchase. At which point, we will provide you with the options available, take some basic details and then email you the application form to complete at your convenience.
You are able to reserve an item on our website immediately by adding the item to your shopping cart, proceeding to the checkout and then selecting 'Finance' as a payment option. We will then contact you as soon as we can and send you the application.
Get in touch on 01443 403210 or pop into the store and we'll go through the options. If you like what you hear, we'll get an application form emailed or text to you. A decision is usually made within 10 minutes and if everything comes back positive, we'll get your purchase out to you ASAP.
Option 2. Alternatively, you can click through to Klarna at the checkout and select their longer term finance option whereby you will be redirected to their website and offered up to 2 years to pay for your purchase.
The formal bit
If you choose to make a purchase from us using a loan, we will share your information with lenders with whom we have a relationship. We will only do this with your consent. If you decide to proceed with a loan application, we will share your information with the relevant lender for the purpose of introducing you to their loan product(s). You should refer to the lender’s privacy notice for information on how they process your data.

We will usually respond to your complaint within three working days but if we can’t then we’ll write to acknowledge your complaint and tell you what happens next. We’ll keep you informed of our investigation into your complaint and provide a final response within eight weeks. If you are not happy with our final response, or if we have been unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
