Tropical mahogany produces a warm, woody tone with a dry, focused character and strong midrange presence – an excellent choice for players who want something different from the typical spruce brightness. The Shaded Edgeburst finish beautifully highlights the natural grain of the mahogany top, V-Class bracing maximises intonation and sustain, and ES2 electronics deliver the instrument's character faithfully on stage.
