A Strings is a family run, independent guitar shop in the heart of South Wales and is made up of a team of passionate musicians. We want every customer, whether beginner or pro, to have a positive buying experience with us and to be able to have peace of mind with their new instrument. This is one of the reasons we offer a dedicated aftercare service with all of our instruments. 

What is the Aftercare Service?

This service is given to all instruments sold by us (unless specified) and covers you for all manner of issues you may face in the first year of owning your new guitar. Whether your string height feels high, your electrics start to misbehave or you simply want a freshen up, we have a full-time service department that can cater to your needs. 

 

Do you service guitars not bought from you?

Absolutely! Our service department is here all week and offer services from restrings right up to re-frets and repair work. Simply pop your instrument in for a free assessment and booking. Click here to drop us a message.
